Welcome to VeinlyMorkin. This Privacy Policy explains how we process data when you use our AI tattoo creation services.

1. Account and Basic Privacy

VeinlyMorkin does not require account registration for core features. You can create, preview, save, and share works without providing personal account information.

We do not collect, store, process, or transmit facial information.

Even if an uploaded image contains a face, our app does not extract or identify biometric or facial features.

2. Data Upload and Local Storage

Uploaded images are used for tattoo generation and stored locally on your device.
Generated tattoo works are also stored locally and are not uploaded to external servers by default.
You can delete uploaded or generated content at any time in app pages such as Record/My Works.
Deleted data is permanently removed from your local device and cannot be recovered by us.

3. How Data Is Used

Data is used only to provide core app functions including generation, preview, editing, and save operations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Your Data Control Rights

You fully control your local data and may clear app cache or uninstall the app at any time.
